O'Week Club Stalls 2023

CLUBS STALL SPACE

Stalls are $30+bf per day per stall. All stalls will be located on the Math Lawns in 2023.

Whilst you can indicate your preference of day it is at the discretion of YouX to assign stalls. This year we have removed the daily categories, therefore you can select which day suits your club most to have an O'Week Club stall. O'Week Club stalls will be available on the following days, take your pick:

• Tuesday 21 February
• Wednesday 22 February
• Thursday 23 February

Stall information

• Stalls to be open, staffed and ready from 9:45am- 3:00pm each day
• Only 1 day stall hire is available. If you are interested in more than 1 day, please tick 'yes' on your registration form to be added to the waiting list. If there are extra days available, you will receive an email in early February advising you of additional stall hire opportunities.
• Stall hire includes stall space, signage for your club, 1 x 1.8m trestle and 2 chairs.

If you require power please add it to your order when selecting your registration booking. (Power is not guaranteed- subject to availability)

A representative from your club will need to attend a compulsory online induction session on Wednesday 8 February at 3pm. A club member must attend this session in order to remain eligible for a stall.
